OUR ACTIONS AGAINST COVID-19

How we plan to deliver classes again safely

Whether you are a beginner or experienced with Wild Technique Breakers and know how reliable and trustworthy our classes are, you will probably be wondering how we are going to manage reopening classes with the ongoing crisis of a pandemic. We hope you find reassurance in our actions, as it is our utmost priority to protect every customer and staff member of our classes against the possibility of infection.

Firstly, and most importantly, any customer showing symptoms of coronavirus or if anyone in your household has symptoms of Coronavirus as per the advice of the NHS website, it is required of you to stay home and not attend the facility. If you have been in attendance of our classes and develop symptoms, you must tell Wild Technique Breakers upon the soonest confirmed diagnosis of coronavirus using testing methods available via the NHS. Email us: wildtechnquebreakers@gmail.com with the subject heading "Confirmed Covid-19".

The following information is our own actions that we will take, we also will be following the hired facility's own rules for managing against Covid-19.

  • We will prepare the facility by decontaminating the dance floors fifteen minutes before each lesson, using sterilising cleaning products.

  • Please have the NHS Covid-19 Track and Trace app on your phone to scan QR codes available on site, to further aid health and safety, and protect your fellow customer, children and our staff. Abbey Sports Centre has easily identifiable NHS Covid-19 Track and Trace QR codes, to be scanned by everyone if possible. No one can make you scan the codes or have the app for your rights under personal data protections choices.

  • We will not handle cash on-site, classes are to be paid digitally in advance via our website.

  • Teachers will still at times have to physically touch participants, and have hands-on experience with participants. The teacher will wear a face mask throughout the class, and there will be hand sanitiser in the studio to use before and after physical contact.

  • We will wipe down and sanitise shared equipment in the studio after each class.

  • We are limiting the number of students able to participate in one class at a time to 15 participants maximum. Utilise the ability to book online and in advance to save a disappointing experience.

With this in mind we hope you as the customer do not mind adhering to the following practices:

  • Staff will wear masks, but participants are not required to wear masks. Parents of participants, are recommended to wear face coverings, but are not required.

  • There will be allocated spacing on the dance floor for each individual participant in each class. The spacing is for giving participants an appropriate spacing for  adhering to social distancing.

  • Please use the sanitising hand gel upon entry to the studio, as well as access to a toilet with hand-washing facilities where you can.

  • Customers are advised not to touch their faces as much possible and refrain from physical contact with another customer who is not from the same household.
